Are your products Australian Made?

The majority of The Glass Flower Bar products are handmade in my Perth studio. I use glass rods from Italy, Germany and the USA. Other products and materials are sourced both locally and globally.

I live in Perth, West Australia. Can I see samples of your products anywhere or place my order in person?

Yes, I welcome visitors to my studio in Whiteman Park, Perth, West Australia by appointment. Products, samples and glass colours can be viewed in person. Appointments can be made by contacting me via my contact page or by calling 0415 049 330.

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

In stock items are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Made to order items will be processed and shipped within 7 business days although at busy times, this may be longer. Please remember that shipping times vary and it may take 4-6 weeks from you placing an order to receiving it, depending on your location. If you require an item urgently, please contact me to request Express shipping which will be at an extra cost.

Do you offer refunds or exchange on your products?

I do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalised products which is in line with Australian Consumer Laws. However, in the unlikely event that a piece is damaged in transit, I will work with you to offer a suitable solution, usually a replacement piece.
For all other items, please contact me if you are not happy with your order. I will endeavour to work with you to reach a mutually satisfactory solution.

Do you ship Internationally? What are your shipping costs?

Tracked Standard shipping is $10 for the first item within Australia. Additional items cost an extra $5 each to ship.

Tracked Standard shipping is $20AU for the first item to New Zealand. Additional items cost an extra $10AU each to ship.

Tracked Standard shipping is $30AU for the first item to USA and Canada. Additional items cost an extra $10AU each to ship.

Shipping is via Australia Post.
